Worth emailing about
- Corrections. If a pot size, variety name or number here is wrong, I want to know. Corrections get made and dated.
- "Why did this die?" Send a photo and tell me the pot size, how often you water, and how many hours of direct sun it gets. Those three answers solve most of it.
- Something you'd like covered. The roadmap is long but it moves when several people ask for the same thing.
Not worth emailing about
Guest posts, link exchanges, "we noticed a broken link on your site" outreach, and paid placements. None of those get a reply, and no amount of money buys a spot in a review.
